All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange. I understand I am not permitted by law to remove any warning stickers, paint or markings on any airsoft products, and to do so would be in violation of laws governing such.  Removal or damage of orange tip voids any and all warranties associated with the product.

The risk of injury from the activity, weaponry and accessories involved in airsoft may be significant, including the potential for permanent disability and/or death.  While particular protective equipment and personal discipline will minimize the risk, the risk of serious bodily harm continues to exist.

Regarding the purchase of any and all equipment from StrikeForce Sports LLC, I knowingly, freely and willingly assume all such risk, both known and unknown, the assumed risk is even if arising from negligence of those persons released from liability.

I understand that using Airsoft items in the commission of a crime may, in some localities, carry the same penalties as using real firearms.  I concur that these are not toys and theier use may have serious unintended consequences.  I agree to use these only in a proper and lawful manner.  I understand it is solely my responsibility as purchaser to know all appropriate local, state, and federal laws that may applt to these types of items;

I for myself, and on behalf of my hairs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless all participants in the activities of StrikeForce Sports LLC, the owners of the activity property, their heirs, and all officials, agents, officers and/or employees (releases) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death amd loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the “releases” or otherwise.

I understand and agree that this release of liability Agreement covers each and every Airsoft Purchase I make in which I participate hereafter;

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand the terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.  I agree it is my intention to exempt and relieve the “releases” and all associate agents from liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death due to negligence or anyother cause.

I understand that all sales are final and no items may be exchanged or returned. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer’s warranty cover operator misuse or abuse.

All returns must be authorized by us first or package will be "Refused" and returned to sender. In case we authorize a return, merchandise MUST be in the exact same condition as received and UNUSED with original packaging, all parts, accessories and manual included and intact.

• We will not accept any returns with  Missing parts/accessories or damaged products and manufacture original packaging.
