All parties start and end on time. Please encourage your guests to be at least 15 minutes early as Strikeforce Sports parties adhere to a strict schedule!

If your party selects our “Gameplay + Food” party, all food and beverages are provided by us exclusively for party guests. Additional food may be purchased for friends, families, parents etc. at an extra cost. We do also offer additional rental gear (Vests) at $5 additional per person per item. This gear is optional, not necessary.

Deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable. However we are very flexible and will work with you to find the right date and time for your event! A 24 hour advanced notice is required.

The remaining party balance is due at the conclusion of the party and must be paid by cash or credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards.

If the party VIP becomes ill on the day of the party, or if the party is cancelled by us due to inclement weather, we will reschedule for the earliest convenient date and time. It is the responsibility of the party VIP or paying party to cover the cost of any special food orders or arrangements that were made.

Confirmations are due no less than 2 days prior to your private party. The Strikeforce Sports facility is scheduled based on your confirmed numbers at this time, and your final bill will be reflective of these confirmed numbers. Guests added after the final party confirmation will be subject to our availability to accommodate.

All guests participating in private party activities must have a signed waiver (found on the back of invitations) or a blanket waiver is available for the party host to sign at the event. We also offer electronic waivers through our website and/or the booking software.

15% Gratuity is included as is New York State tax (8.625*%)
