REFUND POLICY

We do NOT offer refunds, all sales are final. If you miss the day/time of your purchased session, you may use it for another session of equivalent value or be prorated towards a more expensive session.

FIELD RULES

The following rules must be followed, failure to do so will result in you being ejected from either the airsoft session or the facility. Purchases of admission and/or rental equipment will not be refunded for failing to adhere to the following rules.

You must be at least 10 years of age to participate in an airsoft session. If you are below the age of 10 you will not be allowed to play. Physical contact and dangerous play will not be tolerated. Do not shoot at the ceiling, lights, sprinkler heads, cameras, or speakers. Airsoft guns must have a barrel cover on the muzzle when not on the field with the magazine out, and pistols must be holstered and have the magazine out. Do not fire in the staging area, only fire/test/clear your airsoft guns in the chronograph area(with permission from the referees) or on the field. All AEGs, GBBR, Spring, Pistols, and GNB airsoft guns must chrono at or below 380 FPS with a .20g BB and fire on semi-auto to be used on the field, all HPA airsoft guns must chrono at or below 320 FPS with a .20g BB and be semi-locked to be used on the field. Eye protection must be worn at all times on the field and in chrono. If you are under 18 years of age, full face protection (such as a paintball mask) is required which consists of rigid protection which fully covers the mouth, cheeks, and nose. Do not blind fire (shooting around corners, out doors/windows, without the ability to physically see your target). Do not climb over any obstacles on the field, do not jump, skip, mantle, or any other acrobatic maneuver through windows, doors, etc. If you are hit by another player with a BB, whether they’re your opponent or teammate, you are out and must return to the designated area. If anything you are wearing is hit, you are considered out and must return to the designated area. If you are unsure whether are not you are hit, call it and return to the designated area. Referees and staff have the right to remove you from the field & facility at any time without refund if necessary. Decisions by the referees and staff are final, do not argue with them.
